1965 - 1973 Regular participation in archaeological excavations in Israel and Greece. First journey to Australia in 1976. Visiting Fellow at the Humanities Research Centre, Australian National University, Canberra.
1977 Visiting Artist at the Bezalel Academy for Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
1984 Journey to Ladakh with Jaroslav Poncar and publication of LADAKH, Land of the Passes.
